The Alpha U-LENS-ADP is a full replacement set of nesting lens adapters.  Please note these are included standard with ALL Alpha series anamorphic lens holders by default.

The Alpha U-LENS-ADP is a made as a replacement (or secondary) set, and includes 3 'nesting' adapter inserts.
